Baby on board fitness is designed for Moms and Moms to be. It's a fun experience for both Mom and baby, while getting a great workout and interacting with other moms.
This is a high intensity interval training class that mixes cardio and weightlifting, that it can be done with the baby and in other cases with dumbbells. The class ends with Yoga and breathing exercises to bring a sense of well-being and connection with your baby and with yourself.
